Paid online surveys have become a great way for people to earn money at home. So why is everyone not making money at home with these surveys? Hopefully I can share a few tips that will help.
Most of the paid surveys that people take begin with large companies that hire market research firms to find out, what the market will bare, how much people would pay, who are the people that would use the product, what are the demographics that this is needed, and when it would best be distributed. To find people to answer these questions, the market research firms then hire survey companies to find the people to take the surveys.
Most survey companies list the surveys according to their relevance nearer the top of their database. These normally are the best paying surveys because the survey companies need to make sure they are taken within their given time span from the market research companies. If the survey company does not get enough surveys completed in time for the market research companies, then the survey company is likely to lose the business to another survey company.
We are talking a billion dollar industry here. Imagine Nike needing research done on a particular product. They hire a research firm who in return hires a survey company. Do you not think these upper end companies spend a lot of dollars to get the research done? You bet they do! Market research and advertising is the biggest expense to any company.
So these survey companies are hungry to find qualified serious people to take their surveys. And in order to keep the consistently active people, they offer the better surveys to these people. If you are not consistent, active or honest they will not bother to send the highest paying surveys to you.
This is when people start screaming scam. It is not so much the survey companies fault, as it is the people taking these surveys. Many people will sign up to join these companies and then never be consistent in taking the surveys. Maybe it is because all those $25 to $50 surveys did not land in your e-mail immediately. Possibly an offer comes into your e-mail that does pay cash, but you fail to respond right away. There are a lot of serious survey takers ready to jump on one paid survey and when the quota is filled the survey is done. You cannot wait to get around to it whenever you want, but when the survey companies need you.
If you really want to get the best surveys then it is crucial that you treat this like a business, not a hobby. Unless of course you are not interested in earning maximum amounts of money, but are just looking to have fun taking these surveys and possibly getting a perk or two. There are a ton of $2 surveys around. Maybe you are satisfied to just receive those.
